Promotional or discounted purchases are refundable under the same 14-day window.

Refunds are issued for the full amount paid, excluding only unavoidable processing or currency conversion costs applied by banks or payment providers.

Include your order number (see your receipt) and the email address used for purchase.

4. Refund Processing
